We did some research with many other dog boarding facilities in and around Calgary and this is what you would pay for our services at any other facility serving Calgary!
NOTE – These other kennels house 100-400 dogs at day!!! We average 30 at Paradise Kennels.

Remember this is In addition of regular boarding fees which are – $30-$60 per day.
Medication – $2-$10 per dose
Bath – $25-$100
Nails Clipped – $12
Special food – $3 – $12 per meal
Daycare – $4 – $35 per day – (I only found one kennel that charges $4 per day most average $20)
Walks – $12 – $22 per outing
Swimming – $15 per outing
Normal feeding – $1 – $2 per meal
Videos – $25 per video
Special needs/feeding – $12
Buy their food – $5-$25 per day
(Very rarely offered)Taxi – $20 – $30+ per trip plus extra for more than one dog or location in the city
Late check out (afternoon) – $25-$50
Of course there are many facilities that only charge the bare minimum and your dog is locked in a box all day, everyday with no services at all, fed twice a day and their kennel hosed out/cleaned – there you can expect prices to be much lower average $30-$50 a day.

Lowest prices researched from other boarding facilities serving Calgary
Boarding – $30
Daycare – $4
Walks – $12 per time/per day to equal the same amount we offer is $36 a day as we walk our dogs a min of 3 times a day, usually 5 off leash walks a day is the norm for us.
Feeding – $1 per meal – why this is even charged at some places is beyond me.
Video – $25
Swimming (seasonal) – $15
= per day $112
Plus the following
Bath – $25
Nails – $12
Taxi – $20 per trip
So it is $112 per day, plus the services that are not per day but still services you are charged = $637 for a 5 day stay!
