Payment

Payment Paradise Kennels accepts Interac E-Transfers to ensure a fast easy payment plan that does not increase the cost to us or our clients. It is fast and no banking information is exchanged, an email is all that is needed. If your bank does not offer e-transfers, we also accept cash when we collect your dog.

Exact payment is due as drivers do not carry change. Please send an Interact E-transfer 2 days before your dog’s pick-up date, as your dog will not be collected if payment has not received. Kindly send your payment to "ParadiseKennelsCalgary@gmail.com" when you receive your taxi pickup time (email). Payment can be made at any time prior to the pickup date.

Christmas reservations must be made well in advance of your selected dates. All payments for Christmas bookings must be made by the end of November.

No refunds will be issued after payment has been made, only credit for future stays.

No cheques or credit cards will be accepted.

We insist that owners supply their own dog food because changing your dog’s food can be very stressful, especially when he's staying at a kennel.

Having his own food makes him feel more at home. We accommodate all meal plans; raw, dehydrated, kibble, canned etc. We have a fridge/freezer and a microwave to ensure the dog food remains fresh.

Do not pack each meal in individual bags (unless on raw). Extra food will be not be returned, so please measure accordingly, however we recommend sending an extra couple days’ worth of food in case of delays.

Dry Kibble Preparation:

• Measure exactly how much food your dog eats per day.
• Times your dog’s stay by the cups of food he/she eats, then add a day or two more in case of a delay.
• Eg: (10 days X 2 cups = 20 cups + 2 days (4 cups) = 24 cups.
• Place all food in 1 or 2 large disposable bags (shopping bags work perfect) with instructions put directly on the bag with your dog's name!
• Tie up and have it close at hand for your driver when we collect your dog.

Raw Food Preparation:

• Measure exactly how many patties your dog eats per day.
• Times your dog’s stay by the food he/she eats, then add a day or two more in case of a delay.
• Eg: (10 days X 1 patty = 10 patties + 2 days (2 patties) = 12 patties
• Place each meal in an individual bag then place meals in a larger bag/small box with instructions put directly on the bag/box with your dog's name!
• Have it close at hand for your driver when we collect your dog.

Canned Food Preparation:

• Count exactly how many cans your dog eats per day.
• Times your dog’s stay by the food he/she eats, then add a day or two more in case of a delay.
• Eg: (10 days X 1/2 can  = 5 cans + 2 days (2 cans) = 7 cans
• Place cans in a sturdy plastic bag or box with instructions put directly on the bag/box with your dog's name!
• Have it close at hand for your driver when we collect your dog.
